Fort de cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, l\u2019IBC a opt\u00e9 pour le mod\u00e8le affectif comme pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la transmission des connaissances. Pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves sur plan p\u00e9dagogique, cognitif et \u00e9motionnel, nous organisons chaque trimestre des sessions de formation psychop\u00e9dagogique afin d\u2019outiller nos enseignants dans la connaissance et l\u2019identification des demandes affectives de nos apprenants.
